We produce these lifts from 1000 kg to 50.000 kg capacity and with up to 15 mt height. There are two models of freight lifts as straight table and reverse table;
For straight table model, a well is not necessary. This model creates only a 100 - 200 mm height which is only the width of the table. And this is removed with a small additional ramp. As many parts work in grease, abrasion and wearing are very scarce. -The grease used is very long lasting. -In cases ropes are used, reels and ropes are not abraded as the task of the rope is not to lift the load with friction.
Differently from electrically driven reel lifts, for hydraulic lifts engine only works for ascending but not descending. -Counter weight is not used. -As it does not require an engine room at top, it is also preferred architecturally. -It works very silently. You cannot hear the sound of the engine in the buildings. -Automatic bring back to story and saving system is available for power cuts. -It is safer in earthquakes and fires. As the engine room is at ground floor access is easier in case of a fire. Inertial force is less as the load is carried by the foundation of the building in hydraulic systems unlike the other systems where the total load of the lift is carried on the well. Possibility of substantial damage and injuries is decreased 90 % in case of an earthquake. We prefer hydraulic lifts both for villa type lifts and vehicle lifts and freight lifts.
